Discover the creative arts that are part of the Goshen community!
A celebration of the arts in Goshen kicks off Friday, March 5, 5 – 9 p.m., with the First Fridays Spring Arts Fest. A Youth Art Hop features creative student artwork in downtown stores. Music and dance performances take place at the Goshen Theater (216 South Main Street), sponsored by Goshen College. Details at gofridays.com.
Saturday, March 6, the Fest continues with the 2010 spring Goshen Open Studio tour. Entering its 6th year, the tour features studios, galleries and the work of many area artists.
Those who take the self-guided tour will have the opportunity to view current gallery exhibits, get an inside look at artists studios, see work in progress, and purchase original art directly from the artist.
